Free Star Tribune Coupons/ Advertisements

They are going to start (Sept 12th) sending out a FREE edition of just COUPONS / Advertisements (called the Strib express) each Sunday. You need to email them at stribexpress@startribune.com or call them at 612-673-7373 if you are interested.  They will "toss" them in your driveway each Sunday. 

This is just for certain zip codes and I know that 55316 is included!  I am hoping that my neighbors will call to have them do this for me!

Finding all the inserts in Saturday's early edition is nearly impossible and paying $1.75 for each Sunday paper can get quite expensive. If you routinely buy more than one paper and are only getting one paper delivered, this deal is for you!

You can get either 26 or 52 weeks of the Sunday paper for just $1.25 a week when you prepay for those weeks. PLUS when you do, you will get 2 FREE Water Park of America passes for EACH subscription that you do.

Here is another suggestion I have done. You know there are some weeks when there are no inserts? Well, you can call them up and tell them to do a vacation hold for your account. They will then take that non delivered week and add it on to your subscription.

Strib...now .75 for daily paper.

It was on the news last night that the price of the daily Star Tribune will now be .75 a paper each day.  Though there is suppose to be a bright side to those living in Washington, Ramsey, and Dakota counties.....your papers will still be .50, so they can compete with the Pioneer Press.

So, be prepared when you head in on Saturday to get your early edition paper.

Minneapolis Star Tribune paper

Wow...I am not very happy with them right now. The paper on Sat was suppose to have two inserts and there was only one. Today I went to the Dollar Tree to get papers for $1 and they didn't have inserts in theirs either. :( I then headed over to CVS and Walgreens and their papers didn't have any in there. WOW...you can bet that they will get a phone call from me in the morning. They advertised up to $157 in coupon savings.
