ReplyDeleteEvidently, not prepared to handle the program and as many state agencies, not able to prepare a response to the thousands of people trying to obtain a voucher!
How about some explanation from our state officials as to why the program is broke!
Still waiting for a voucher or at least an explanation as to why the on line and phone call in is broke!
