Veterans Day Freebies

The deals start Sunday for Veterans. Check out the list below thanks to Fox 9 news.

Get going early because McCormick & Schmick is holding its promotion on Sunday to allow families to attend with their veteran. USAToday reports that one free entree is available to veterans with military ID. Reservations are suggested.

Start the week at Golden Corral, which will sport free buffet meals to active-duty military and veterans between 5 and 9 p.m.

Now on Wednesday, the official Veterans Day, you have some choices.
Outback Steakhouse gets things started with a free bloomin' onion and a drink for vets and active-duty military members.
Applebee's for a free entree from 11 a.m. 'til midnight. More info HERE.
Krispy Kreme, which will be giving away free donuts to vets and current military all day.


But it's not just food, Home Depot and Lowe's will will offer 10-percent discounts to current military and veterans. According to the Navy Times , Home Depot started the program on Nov. 5 and will run it through Veterans Day, while Lowe's discounts will be in effect from Nov. 8 through Nov. 15.
