To get the FREE items, you should (as it is stated in the ad) purchase an additional $10 worth of stuff. Now that ONE $10 purchase satisfies all of the requirements for whatever you buy that is free after rebate. I have picked up gift cards and have gotten my FAR (free after rebate) or MIR (mail in rebate) items back.
If the item isn't FAR, then you don't need an additional $10
WATCH the limit. The limit could be 1 or up to 10 items.
Once purchased, you will get a rebate "receipt" for everything that you purchased free at the end of your normal receipt. Each slip (all connected) will have a rebate number on it. YOU MUST get the actual mail in rebate form from the area that has all the rebates. Ask if you can't find it.
Most of the rebates will go to one address, so you can put them all in the same envelope.
Be sure to fill out each of the forms. I use address labels for mine.
You will receive a green (yes a green) postcard in the mail (merchandise credit voucher) with a total from your rebates.
You do NOT have to spend the whole amount at Menards at one time and you can use it for future free after rebate items. They will put it through the machine to tell you what you have left OR write on it.

You might want to check out Target today or at least sometime this week. It seems that Target is going on an all out spree with marking a bunch of things down in almost all departments.
Of course the toys are already marked down to 50% off their retail, but the elusive 75% off is going to happen soon. Some say...maybe today. Think Birthdays for your children OR a party they are invited to. Think about next Christmas or even something in their Easter Basket.
IF you do buy something on clearance now at 50% off and it goes 75% off, you can not get the difference. THOUGH you can buy the item at 75% off and return the other one that you bought at 50% off. It is up to you.

Rainbow Foods doubles every Wed. and double five (5) $1 (value can be less) coupons once you spend $25. Now the $25 is RETAIL price, not the sale price of the item. There have been a few times that this didn't apply, so I grabbed a Rainbow gift card once I saw the first coupon not double.

It stated to me that I would get $1 off at Quiznos, BUT the way that it is worded makes me think that you have to buy 2 of the items to get $1 off a sub.
