Remember that if you are just starting out with little or no ECB's, it is okay to do smaller transactions to "roll" or use your ECB's into other products. Say you buy 2 of the glue @ .99 = $1.98 you pay and then get $1.98 back in ECB's. Then turn around and buy 2 of the notebooks @ .99 = $1.98 and pay with the $1.98 ECB that you just got from the glue. Total will be 0 and you will receive $1.98 back in ECB's or Extra Care Bucks.
