Go grab another pack of Pampers and this time give them the $3 ECBs in addition to the Pampers coupon. This time you’ll pay $3.97 out of pocket and you’ll get another $3 ECBs on your receipt.

You can then use this $3 in a third transaction or on another trip. If you don’t frequent CVS often and don’t want to keep up with the ECBs, use the $3 to buy something that you need that won’t generate more ECBs. The Easter candy or Air Wick Starter Kit would be a good buy. Or just grab a gallon of milk.
