Head to Shop at Home, login or sign up HERE, and search the search box for Entertainment Book.
Click on the link that comes up and proceed to click on the link to send you to the Entertainment Book site. Find your book and check out. Be sure not to sign up for recurring order of next years book.
You should see an automatic $5 in your account for signing up as a new user of Shop at home and then within a couple of weeks, you will see the $7 credit.
